As First Vice President of P.L.D.T.’s, Consumer Credit and Business Systems Management, Inc. he is responsible for service provisioning, billing, credit and collection support to consumer business nationwide. He graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management course. After graduation in 1982, he joined Urban Bank rising from Credit Analyst to Vice President in 1993. He engaged himself in real estate and financial, investment services, before he joined Keppel Monte Savings Bank as Senior Vice President in 1996. In 1997, he shifted gear by joining the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company as Vice President responsible for the Credit and Collection. Prior to his promotion as First Vice President in 2002, Mr. Sison was sent to France, USA and Singapore for training on Credit Risk Management and Customer Experiences Management. He was President of CMAP and served as Director-in-Charge of various committees since he represented PLDT to the association.
Currently, he is Director-in-Charge of the Credit Information Services Committee, responsible in providing members with credit information services necessary to facilitate credit evaluation and decision making.

Is the First Vice President, Legal and Settlement Department of Malayan Bank Savings & Mortgage Bank. Graduated from the University of the East with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Accounting. He is a CPA. He served as President of CMAP for three terms in 1992-1993, 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 and as Director-in-Charge of various committees since 1976. He was President of the Kiwanis Club of Las Pinas in 1983 and President of the Rotary Club of Las Pinas North in 2000-2001. He was with Majalco Finance and Investment Inc. from 1976 up to 1997 where he served as Senior Vice President. He was installed as Lay Minister in 1996 at Our Lady of the Pillar in Las Pinas. He has two children and an active member of Marriage Encounter Community. He is actively involved in the Chamber of Thrift Banks in the Philippines.
Currently he is the Director-in-Charge of the Legal & Ethics Committee, responsible in handling all legal matters that concerns the Association.
